Polyform Norway A-Series buoys are widely regarded as the industry standard for marine buoys. They are manufactured using high-quality, flexible PVC with a thick, seamless wall construction, making them exceptionally durable, impact-resistant, and UV-stable. Unlike cheaper alternatives, A-Series buoys are designed to withstand constant exposure to saltwater, sunlight, and harsh weather without cracking, fading, or losing shape.

-Series buoys are extremely versatile and commonly used as mooring buoys, marker buoys, fishing floats, pot buoys, and general marine floatation. They are suitable for use in marinas, harbours, rivers, lakes, and offshore environments, making them a reliable choice for both recreational and commercial applications.

The right size depends on your application and water conditions. Smaller sizes (A0–A2) are ideal for light-duty use such as small craft moorings or fishing pots, while larger sizes (A3–A7) provide greater buoyancy and are better suited for heavier moorings, navigation markers, or professional marine use. If you’re unsure, selecting a slightly larger buoy will always provide better stability and visibility.

You can also see our user guide for more assistance.

With proper use and installation, Polyform A-Series buoys are built to last for many years. Their heavy-duty construction and UV protection significantly extend their lifespan compared to lower-quality alternatives, making them a cost-effective investment for boat owners and marine professionals alike.

No special adaptor is needed, however, we do offer a handy fender pump which is suitable for upto A4 and F5 fenders.

If you have a car tyre pump then our adaptor also works for all size Polyform fenders (exc F13 and A7 buoys)

Do you have a push/pull pump often used for SUP’s or inflatables? Then one of these nozzles also works great!
