For optimal use with a polishing machine (Max 1800rpm), follow these steps:
- Clean and dry the surface thoroughly.
- Use a heavy duty or medium compounding foam polishing head, dipping it in water and spinning off excess before applying compound.
- Apply a small amount of compound to the foam head, spreading it over the surface without starting the machine to prevent splattering.
- Compound the surface at a maximum of 1800rpm, starting at a slight angle and finishing flat, keeping the head damp with water and adding more compound as needed.
- Change to a soft polishing head for a final finish, leaving compound residue on the surface and lightly misting with water before polishing until a glossy finish is achieved.
- Buff gently with a soft cloth to finish.
For manual use, simply follow these steps:
- Clean and dry the surface.
- Apply compound to a clean cloth and polish in circular motions, removing excess for a professional finish.
