MB Mooring buoys are roto-molded
from Polyethylene (PE) and filled with a Polystyrene
foam (EPS). The MB series mooring buoys are widely used
for a range or moorings but also for marking fishing
gear, fish farms, cables and pipelines.
CCE mooring buoys
are supplied assembled with short mooring rods. The
rods include a swivel at the lower end and all rods
are hot dipped galvanized. Upper part and the grip ring
on top of the iron are coated with a dark blue plastic
material.
MR mooring buoys (with short
iron rod) are manufactured from BACELL™, Provinor’s
special foam material with 100% closed cells. The material
is an in-house composition, consisting of environmentally
friendly EVA. The closed-cell structure prevents any
water from entering into the material and makes these
buoys totally puncture proof. MR-series Polyform mooring
buoys are fitted with a hot dipped galvanized mooring
rod and swivel.
